The first edition of this book appeared in August 1959 and its 5000 copies were sold out in a few months ! This was an indication that I had been granted divine aid in writing it and that the book had appeared when it was really needed. Connected with this book is a strange slbry, which I did not want to relate in the introduction to the first edition. But I feel that it is now time to tell it, as a lesson to those who understand .
