Dear Reader ONE OF THE GREATEST MEN IN THIS CENTURY GOD HAS TAKEN THE HIGEST RELIGIOUS AUTHORITY IMAM ABU - ELKASSIM ELKHOUIE UNTO HIM The news left all Muslims all over the world with a deep feeling of sorrow and pain.... The heart of the greatest Ayattullah Imam Abu - Elkassim Elkhouie have stopped…. The heart of the man whose life had given so much to Islam and humanity has stopped. The light that lit the hearts and the minds of generations of religious scholars of his students as well as the minds and souls of millions of believers who regarded him as their highest religious authority was put off. But, just as imam khouie (may Allah have mercy on him) was an outstanding genius is his jurisdiction and doctrinal achievement he was also, through his firm stands especially in the last period, a symbol of Muslims steadfastness against unprecedented oppression, tyranny and flagrant barbarism. The imam became a symbol of defying oppression when he was taken in custody and various restrictive and suppressive measures were practiced against his family, his famous religious school, his students and his assistants. But the imam did not show any sign of weakness or submissiveness which led the tyrants to an unprecedented act of vindication: they did not allow his followers to take part in the funeral of aman who was worthy of every form of respect and veneration. "Noor Al Islam" which was stunned by this great loss, cannot but pray to Allah, the Merciful, to extend His mercy on His obedient servant and raise him to His paradise. We would also wish to extend to our great religious authorities, and to our Islamic nation in general, our warmest condolences, hoping that Allah, the Most Exalted, will bless our nation with the likes of this great Imam who would lead the nation on the path of good and progress.   Download     Source: alhassanain.com
