Baba Tahir (late 10th-11th centuries) - a poet who wrote dubeiti (that is, consisting of two bayts) in the Hamadan dialect. Dubeiti and rubai differ in size. The poems of Baba Tahir were passed from mouth to mouth for a long time and were written down no earlier than the 17th century.
