Al-Mizan An Exegesis of the Holy Qur’an - volume10

Al-Mizan fi Tafsir al-Quran is known as Tafsir al-Mizan, one of the most comprehensive and detailed Shiite interpretations of the Quran in Arabic, written in the 14th century by Sayyid Muhammad Husayn Tabataba'i (died: 1360). Al-Mizan is a sequential interpretation, and its interpretative method is the interpretation of the Quran by the Quran, that is, the interpretation of verses with the help of other verses. It is said that the scientific fairness, accuracy, and depth of this interpretation have caused this interpretation to be of interest to Shiite and Sunni scholars and to become one of the most reliable sources of understanding and researching the Quran. Dozens of books and hundreds of articles and theses have been written about this interpretation. One of the important advantages of this interpretation is the in-depth study of important topics such as the miracle of the Quran, intercession, ethics, stories of the prophets, the soul and the soul, the response of prayers, monotheism, repentance, sustenance, blessing, jihad, and defeat, which have been carefully examined in connection with the relevant verse.
